Sitecore has not provided a migration path from v5.3 to v6 and therefore a lot of Sitecore users cannot upgrade to the latest and greatest. I think this is unacceptable.

ReplyDeleteSitecore is currently working on a upgrade tool that migrates Sitecore 5.3.1 solutions to Sitecore 6. This tool is expected in an alpha edition within the next couple of weeks.
I just want to thank you for the work that you do and your willingness to share. You have created outstanding materials and we all benefit from your generosity.
